This picture, either accidentally or on purpose, makes use of perspective control to give the illusion of depth. The two people at lower right are closer to the camera than any of the other people, and provide an anchor or focal point to the scene. The sidewalk at lower left leads diagonally in to the picture, and the buildings continue to curve away from it, towards the right. The people on the sidewalk get smaller as they get further away, all contributing to the sense of depth. Although it is just a nicely designed street scene, it does give us a sense of what the old town is like. You know a lot more now about perspective control than you did back in October of last year, Anna, and I'm sure you will be putting it to good use in the future.
