Visited this beautiful Kiikunlähden spring with my granddaughter Maria.
The Kiikunlähde spring shines in turquoise blue in the middle of the Hollola forest.
Groundwater pulses from the spring from 14 spring eyes, and Kiikunlähde is one of the largest spring basins in Finland.
The dissolution of minerals and sunlight cause the source to sparkle.
The spring got famous after this documetary of Finnish lakes and the nature around them (look the video from 41 seconds ->)
