I was standing alone on my favorite beach while the others were watching the New Years Eve fireworks in the center of Tampere.
It took quite a while until the aurora occured just before midnight to wish me Happy New Year. I even managed to get some colors reflecting in the ice.
It was just so incredibly beautiful once again.
