I concur with Robbie: I think this is just as good as -- just different from -- the other one; and I agree that the tree detail gives it a bit more depth....

I like the flash. It isn't obtrusive and it adds lots of good detail. If it were mine I would partly darken the lower half of 3 of the front trees particularly the short light portions. This picture is worth any effort.

I actually like it better without flash Anitta. In my opinion the darker palms better frame the gorgeous muted color of the sunrise. V

Very nice - I would say no on the flash but instead paint just the fronds with light from a headlamp. Still a V! from me.

The flash has worked very well, adding depth and detail to the for ground.
Good on you for trying this.
This makes a change to the usual silhouette , but a silhouette would also look good with this sunrise setting.
