You beautifully express character here, Anitta, but much of her nose is burned out -- all detail is gone, and can't be restored. The key to eliminating "hot spots" such as this is to use your "spot metering mode" to focus and expose on the brightest spot in the picture -- that white area. Detail will be restored, and the entire image will become a bit darker, which is OK. If it is too dark, you can always restore hard to see detail in the shadows in your post processing. But you can't ever restore an area that has been overexposed as this image has.
