Totally agree with Craig. I also like how your B&W treatment brings out the contrast of the rough texture of teddy's fur compared to the boy's smooth skin. Great shot.
Composition, lighting, DOF and the expressions on the boy's and teddy's faces all come together perfectly. As with all of your photos I am really enjoying the simplicity of b&w. Vote.
