A couple of years back a guy on a photography forum made a comment about this shot (CLICK) I posted. He said it wasn't in focus which made me shake my head a little as he was refering to the jetwash from the aircraft as it turned to face me.
I tried (and failed) to explain to this guy that the shot was focussed spot-on, it was the thousands of pounds of hot jet-thrust that was coming out of the nozzles that created the hazy look.
So why mention all this? Well I smiled after I uploaded this shot, wondering what that same guy would say about this jet photograph.
See the left wingtip? Yep, sharp as a tack.
Stick to birds mate, easier to capture in flight than a jet doing 750mph.
