This guy was doing exactly the same as me, trying to get a decent night shot of Caernarfon Castle in North Wales (my shot is the next shot after this one).

I set a long 30-second exposure to capture his trails as he moved around from spot to spot taking his shots.

A white balance of 9000K was used to better show where he had been standing, check out the three ghostly images of him to his left.
