Hi Neil,
I'm not sure about Windmill Hill, the area is known to me as Burton Dassett Hills Country Park, turn left off the Warwick to Banbury road opposite Kineton Army Barracks. It's a very popular kite flying spot as it gets wind all year round, I was there at the weekend with my Daughter flying hers. You get a few RC Gliders too, it's got strong uplift currents due to the steepness of the hill.
We even saw a solid fuel rocket being launched there the day I took this, can't say I've ever seen that before.

Andy if I'm thinking of the same place, passed that many times on the M40, but never been up there yet. Is it also known as windmill hill?
