This is a combination of 3 separate shots to expand the dynamic range of the final image. One shot is exposed for the upper brickwork of the tower, one for the clock face which was much brighter than the rest of the tower, and finally one for the lower part of the church. The 3 images were layered on top of each other and masks were added to try and achieve as good a blend as possible.
