Abstracts - Parking Lot -- a Visit to Wienerschnitzel

    Digital project photo assignment this week.  Used only the Canon Elph s410 for these.

    These were all taken at the parking lot for Wienerschnitzel diner (which I mistook for McDonald's!, not noticing the 'M' was inverted) in El Cerrito for a digital project due the next day, and since the sun was about to set, I did have really nice light for that 20 minutes.

ANDRYS EVER STUBBORN: these are amazing shots. they are of mcdonalds but they remind me of india, the piles of hot yellow tumeric and red pepper powder, the red shiny lickable post. the marble that looks like cobwebs--that one kills me. also the thatch roof with just that little red plasticy touch, the window lamps come off as beautiful, modern, elegant you have no touch of mcdondalds . you could go back there and photograph a completely different grouping, shoddy, cheap vulgar. but you happen to love the beautiful. maybe all your work should refer back to your sunsets in some way. the one called Free does not belong. susan
