Peder Svingen a real good birder in Duluth inform me that this gull is a inter grade between a Thayer's X Iceland Gull. The primaries to P5 is dark and Iceland should have dark feathering from P10 to P6. Also there is some secondary bar that in your photos does not show up but in other same gull photos it shows up. Also Karl Bardon Minnesota resident gull specialist has photos of the same gull and ID it as a probable hybrid between the two gull species.
