what a great contrast. part of me wishes it was oriented with jay-z facing the queen, but then again, it would have meant obscuring the "i am" and its ponderous implications.

Marvelous socio-cultural coverage, a sense of wordless reflection on historical change and a great sense of composition. I really like your work!
This is good! I like the perspective and view you selected for snapping the shutter (one eye covered by the statue). I think I would crop off the top lines/squares and have the image begin right with the top of his head. That stuff is a little distracting IMHO. But, really nice that you saw this.--Rene
