Anna Yeshua-Dik was born in 1945 in Alkmaar, Holland. In 1969 she immigrated to Israel and lives in Ramat-Gan. During the last 20 years she has participated in drawing classes led by Alisa Haion, Sara Nissim and in sculpturing classes led by Alex Cherkov. Her works are presented annually at Moadon Hamarganit.
Anna draws paintings of her family, pets and nature. During her adolescence she used to spend long days in nature with her family members where she could observe the surrounding flora and fauna. This experience helped her establish a special approach to mother-nature in her work.
Her goal is to capture moments of light, color and atmosphere in our materializing world where human beings, animals and plants are struggling for their existence.
By exposing her work, she is hoping to contribute towards a greener future for the human society
