We were told that the Manor is haunted. The day after we spent the night there...

I was told by Olof Myrén that in the beginning of the ninteenthirties the owner of the manor had some financial problems. He eventually went insane and drowned his wife in the bathtub while she was taking her bath. Then he told their daughter "mummy is dead now so we have to die too" and chased her with an axe or a hammer. He hit her in the head once before she hid under a bed. He hit her again and she had the precense to play dead. The man then hanged himself in the stairs.

The daughter survived but was left with a scar in her face.

Update: After some research I have found out that the man not killed his wife. She died of a heart condition. The day after the man died by commiting suicide by strangulation.

So I guess the death of his wife was to much to take.
