I used to sit in the BTOW seat and ultimately the EOOW Seat (89-91), and 'Top Watches' stood their watches in the main spaces, not Main Control. The titles for the Main Control BT & MM were BTOW and MMOW. Marc Sahr, BTCS(SW) retired

This is MAIN CONTROL, Engineering Department's central command station. The EOOW, the Machinist Mate Top Watch, the Boiler Tech Top Watch, and the Assistant EOOW stood watch here. It's a watch team that's unique only to the Midway.
