Chorizo con Papas y Huevo: Scrambled Eggs with Potatoes and Chorizo Sausage with a side of beans, rice and flour tortillas.
A very hearty and delicious breakfast that sticks to your ribs. You have two choices after finishing it. Take a nap or take a walk.
I opted for the latter and walked over six miles, and I am still full. I only have this breakfast about once a year.
