Looks fabulous! About 15 years ago in Alberta there was an outbreak of fairly serious gastrointestinal infections that were traced to store bought bean sprouts. I heard a biology professor on the radio being interviewed about the outbreak. He said that bean sprouts are often contaminated, and he would never eat them. I continue to eat them, but I think about that professor every time I do.
