San Diego Museum of Art

After a break of sixteen months we finally visited the San Diego Museum of art again today. We saw two exhibitions:

"Everything You See Could Be a Lie: Photorealistic Drawings by Ana de Alvear"

"Cranach to Canaletto: Masterpieces from the Bemberg Foundation"

Yes, the low light and the olive-green walls give this lovely composition a calm and peaceful air - a great shot Walter, your POV and angle is perfect here

Good to see that things are opening up. Just read the latest vaccination stats for California which are similar to our area. Unfortunately vaccination uptake is slowing down all over.

how wonderful to see Canaletto's works without flying to London, or Europe...he is a master of city scenes full of life and colour, and his compositions are exemplary...good angle you got yourself on this long gallery..
