Beginning of another hot day

Day six of an unusually long heat wave. Very humid too.
If I did not start walking around 5:30 in the morning, I would not walk at all.

We've been hearing about your scorching weather, with Death Valley at the highest temperature for the globe, the other day. It seems the whole west coast is furnace like... however, your early morning perambulations gave you a fantastic photo op. I absolutely love this well composed shot. V

We have had hot weather here too, though not as bad as your heat wave. But it is not what Oregon used to be known for! We have had summer drought conditions for several years now.
