Overcast
Thanks to the Pacific Ocean clouds and fog roll inland every night cooling things off and providing moisture. This is called the Marine Layer.
Usually it becomes sunny by nine or ten o'clock, but it doesn't get as hot as it would without the Marine Layer.
Lately it has been about 60F/15C at night and 80F/27C in the daytime. Very pleasant summer temperatures, especially as there is almost a constant cool light wind from the ocean.
