Deserted and Abandoned

Easter Morning. Decided to go down to the waterfront, which as expected was devoid of people, so no problems with social distancing.
Two cruise ships have been stranded here for several weeks now. Normally this area would be teeming with people:
Tourists, cruise line passengers, joggers, dog walkers, people waiting for the ferry, harbor cruise or whale watching...
I have never seen the waterfront so empty.
