Walking Tall in the Morning

Unless I am doing something else I walk this trail around the lake first thing in the morning, especially now as it is warmer again.
The distance is slightly more than 5 1/2 miles, almost exactly 9km. I can do this in 1 hour 15 minutes, without much effort.
There is a lot to see on the way. This morning Osprey, Geese, Ducks, Coots, Gulls, lots of Rabbits, and other walkers, many of who I know.
A most enjoyable way to start the day. It's dark when I begin and the sun is up when I end.

That's a nice healthy pace, especially stopping to catch the dawns :) Ditto laine's comment :)

With legs that long you should do it in half that time :))
