Phở Tái, the cure for the Common Cold

Whenever I feel a cold coming on I have a big bowl of Vietnamese beef noodle soup consisting of broth, rice noodles and assorted toppings.
I add Thai Basil, Lime Juice, Jalepeño slices and Fish Sauce and mix it all up.
The thin raw steak slices cook in the hot broth. The aroma and taste are fantastic.
A sure cure. Nothing else like it.
