Drugs, Dental and Dollars

One of the first buildings encountered when walking to Tijuana from the U.S. side.
Many prescription drugs are cheaper in Mexico and can be purchased without a prescription.
Dental work such as root canals and bridge work are much cheaper in Tijuana.
There is keen competition among the money changers, which works in favor of visitors.

Gosh, and I just had a filling done here. A wonderful image that captures the 'spirit' of Tijuana. V

That's a surprise. Meds in the states are far too high. Vote.

What an amazing capture... Didn´t know about these details in the Mexican border. V

I've had prescription meds from Mexico before. U.S. prices for healthcare are absolutely ridiculous. Nice shot of this very busy, colorful advertising that covers just about the whole building. :)

Wow, what a colorful building, great light and nice wide view. I just had a root canal, no thanks! V
