Sportfishing Boats Vagabond, American & Grande

Sportfishing is an important industry in San Diego. These boats go out on trips from one to ten days in length.
They are about 100 tons each, 85 ft x 24ft is a common size and they can sleep between 20 to 40 people in relative comfort.
Big Tuna, Bluefin, Yellowtail, Wahoo, Mahi, White SeaBass and Dorado are common fish caught. Some boats make organized trips others can be chartered on a per day basis.
