A Hidden Gem

With over seventy miles of coast line and over sixty beaches in San Diego County there are plenty of places to enjoy the sand and water.
Windandsea Beach in the southern part of La Jolla is a hidden gem, not well known or easy to find, far from hotels and not mentioned in many guide books.
Even in the middle of summer it's not crowded and almost all visitors are locals. Surf is pretty good too.
