Medications are much cheaper in Tijuana than in the U.S., and are usually available without a prescription.
The down side is, one does not really know for sure what the medications actually are.

LOL at all the Viagra and Cialis signs... and the never-ending quest for an erection. A lot of people go to Mexico and Canada for prescription drugs, the pricing and insurance for U.S. drugs is beyond ridiculous. Shame on us for pricing most medicine and healthcare beyond the reach of our middle class.
