Here the water is added to grain and heated to allow enzymes in the malt to break down the starch in the grain into sugars.

it looks great.. such bright and tone.. very interesting to know the process... At my city, Quilmes, there is a huge brewery that produces the most consumed beer here in my country. But, shame on me, i've never went to visit it! Thank you for this, then!
