Ballast Point Brewery

Ballast Point was founded in 1996 as a Brew Mart and small brewery. A larger brewery opened in 2003 in Scripps Ranch, which eventually also added a distillery.
This 107,000 square foot location in Miramar opened in 2014, having outgrown the other brewery.
Ballast Point have won numerous awards for their Beers and are well known for their regular Beers and limited releases.
Constellation Brands acquired Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits for $1 billion in December 2015.
