Our ticket allowed us to use the so called Business zone on this train.

Once again we were let down by Chiltern as this set had a "uprated standard" carriage substituting for the normal first class stock "due to upgrade works"

2+2 seating, not 2+1, Very iffy wifi service, fixed arm rests making getting into the window seats hard work, and the "trolley" service could have been a table as it never moved from the vestibule....the guy stood there all the way to Marylebone with very little custom.

Chiltern 8/10 for Moor Street, 6/10 for the actual train journey...which was late...and so our arrival into Marylebone was now 45 down on the original plan.
