These buildings were the offices for the "Fish and Coal" business conducted in the yard. Currently under renovation to become I believe a restaurant (Jamie Oliver). Built in 1851 and later extended in the 1860s it housed the administrative staff who managed the passage of goods through the yard.
Fire damaged in the 1980s the restoration has been a long project.
