Why do I shoot churches? I am not closely related to them through my spritual side and I'm definately not and architectural photographer. I think that it comes down to two reasons. One, people tend to put churches in the most beautiful locations and two, the lines of churches mimic the lines of the mountains and trees that I love so much in landscape photography.
