• Fry/brown 1 cup of white rice in a pot with oil, 5 to 8 minutes.
• Add basic ingredients to blender with some chicken stock or water.
• Add blended ingredients to rice with additional stock or water. Bring to boil, then turn down
to simmer. Cover the pot.
• As the liquid absorbs check the rice to see if its soft, if not add 1 more cup of stock or
water. Continue checking and adding more liquid as needed.
For this recipe you will use about 3 cups of stock or water.
