Manchego

This cheese is made from goat’s milk and originally comes from the Castilla-La Mancha part of central Spain. It is made from the milk of the Manchego sheep. Most commonly melted in the oven then served as “Queso Fundido” literally translated as “flamed cheese”. This cheese also pares well with red wine and bread in a picnic setting.
