Frijoles, Beans
1. Soak 1 cup of beans overnight in water, or bring some water to boil, remove from heat, add
the beans cover and let sit for about 2 hours.
2. Discard water and rinse the beans a few times with fresh water.
3. In the pot with about 2 inches/5 cm of water over the beans.
4. Add 4-5 cloves of garlic and one whole serrano or jalapeņo chile (optional)
5. Cover pot and bring to boil, reduce heat to a simmer until done. About 1 hour.
