These are Baked Chimichangas. The filling consists of cooked chicken, cheese and crumbled bacon, which is then mixed with the cooked onions and tomatoes. Preheat oven, then after rolling the burritos, brush both sides with a mix of oil and melted butter. Bake 10-15 minutes on each side.
