JUBILEE GARDENS LAMP POST

London - England

Called the Dolphin lamp posts, but the 'Dolphins' are actually a pair of sturgeons.
Jubilee Gardens is a park on the Thames South Bank immediately behind the London Eye. It was created in 1977 to mark the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II on the site of two of the 1951 Festival of Britain's attractions. It is now being redeveloped to change it from a predominantly lawned area to a park with trees and hills. This is due to be completed in time for the 2012 London Olympics.
