From February 1915 to April 1918 Ramparts Cemetery was used by Commonwealth Forces. The casualties from 1917 include a number of Australian and New Zealand soldiers. After the Armistice in November 1918 some French graves were removed from Ramparts Cemetery and reburied in a French National Military Cemetery.
