AROSA 2016

A brief visit of an hour and a half, after the lovely train ride up from Chur. Also just a snap or two taken near Chur station, too wet at the time to explore further, and from the train coming back into Chur.

Arosa is a town in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. On the slopes of the Weisshorn mountain, it is both a summer and a winter tourist resort, having a skiing area of 37 miles. It is the terminus of a railway line from Chur, an hour's journey away, which climbs 1000 metres in 26 kilometres.
