a Sense of SIEM REAP




I tripped the light fantastic in Siem Reap
where the light is brilliant with innumerable hues,
and the stones speak stories.

For the people of Siem Reap--gentle, charming, beautiful,
who patiently lent laughter and their time
and for the ancient Khmer, for building
such magnificent structures, once upon a time.

I am grateful to Mr. Suy Theara, an awesome guide and driver who
woke up early so I could catch a few sunrises.

You have captured the special ambiance of Siem Reap. When I was there I made it as almost everyone, I spent the most part of my time on the temples.
