Once a hillside refuge for those displaced during the Korean War in the 1950s, Gamcheon Culture Village
has been transformed from a bleak settlement into a vibrant "living museum."
Today, the village is a maze of narrow alleys, colorful houses, and community-led art installations.
The Little Prince & Fox statue was installed by artist Na In-ju in 2012, becoming a silent guardian of the village’s transformation.
