I went to Crete to make homage to El Greco. These are the Photographs I made under the auspices of El Greco. Dominikos Theotokopoulos, I found a big piece of warped glass and photographed through it.

These images were made wiith a 35mm camera and a big warped glass cube used for constructing walls to let light through. The glass is really heavy and the frame changes fantastically with every slight move of the glass. It takes many shots to get one that works. Most of them are straight photographs with no computer manipulation. It was very rewarding making these images and sharing them with the locals after they were developed. The greeks really have a fine love of photography and enjoyed thgese pictures with uproaring laughter in some cases.

El Greco would love this, as would all the Surrealists, Picasso, Pop Artists, and anyone who values originality and a unique vision. Bravo!!!!
