For our first day in Egypt we visited the GEM (Great Egyptian Museum) in Cairo.
This is really a gem. Fantastic architecture, wonderful collection, perfect lighting.
If your are interested by Egyptian civilisation, this museum is a paradise.
The Toutankhamon section is not yet opened, it is scheduled for July 2025
