I wonder what Gordon Ramsey would make of this. Did anyone play the free DVD that came with The Mail on Saturday... no?? Well this creation is one of the simple recipes that Gordon showed me how to cook on that DVD. Apparently the secret is not to beat the eggs before adding to the pan, just crack three eggs into a saucepan add a decent knob of butter and stir. Remember not to cook the hell out of the eggs by removing from the heat now and then. Add chopped chives and cremefresh and serve on some whole grain bread with a little olive oil drizzled over. Bliss?? Scrambled eggs... well not really my kind of thing but "Her Indoors" thought it was marvelous. Me, well you should know by now I'm a bacon sarnie lurver, hey don't forget the HP!!
