Colander

Several PotDers have recently asked where I get the inspiration for my PotD's... Well the answer to that is simple, I just walk around with camera in hand until a picture appears... Well occasionally I see something on Pbase that gives me an idea like THIS ONE Cheers DM!

There's another couple similar in my EXTRAS GALLERY which can be seen by CLICKING HERE

There's a lot of stuff going on in here that I just don't understand... but I like it... Can't understand how seeing my colander shot (which turns out to be a steamer) inspired anything!

Very nice, Ian. Cheers!

I saw right away on the layout of the hole pattern that it was a half spheric Colander.
You seem to have a lot of time to play with this subject as I can see in your galleries.
One can make an endless rework of it and get stunning results as seen here and on some of the other pictures.

A very interesting graphic image. The black things remind me of hockey pucks. I'd never have guessed what it really is!

This is very nice! Sadly, I wouldn't have guessed colander either.

Would have never guessed it in a million years. But it's a wonderful picture.

Well, this is certainly a different interpretation from DM's effort. Quite creative.
