This is the Thai border temple at the Golden Triangle, at the side of the Mekong River.
It has a boat shape and it is all cover in gold + precious stones.

What you see at the other side of the river is Burma, if you could see a bit up the river,
from this point one can also see some of the Laos river border as well (triangle).
