We have beautiful kingfishers in the American Continent, but the ones we found as we got to Asia
had truly blown our eyes and minds away with so much color and beauty in a great diversity of species

This little fellow is -in my humble opinion- the most colorful of all... such a beauty!

With my good friend Peter Ericsson, we had our blinds near its perch and got them several times as
-both male and female- brought a rich variety of food for the young that enjoy in a bank hole nest!
