The Rybachiy Peninsula belongs to the Murmansk region and is part of the Kola Peninsula, with which it is connected by another peninsula - Sredny. It turns out such a pie from the peninsulas. The way to this region starts from the city of Murmansk. Trains run here from Moscow (2 days) and St. Petersburg (1 day), planes fly and there is a federal highway, along which to St. Petersburg - 1350 km, and to the Moscow - 2000 km.
There are not many ways to get to Rybachy, or rather one - the road starting from the village of Staraya Titovka. You can get here from Murmansk along the rather decent P-21 road: 105 km or 1.5 hours on the way.
You can get to the Rybachiy Peninsula if you have ONLY an off-road and four-wheel drive vehicle.

The roads are bad here: the surface is hard, but extremely uneven, deep puddles and fords are everywhere.
There are no large permanent settlements here, and the few places of permanent human habitation are semi-abandoned military towns and meteorological stations.
There are no hospitals and ambulances, shops and police here. Don't count on prompt help.
There are no gas stations here either, so if you are driving a personal car, it is better to take a supply of fuel.
Mobile communication is represented by one single operator Megafon, which more or less catches only on high hills.
