My rainy day special, due to much needed rain today in SoCal. Expecting several days of this, and hopefully it will ease the drought conditions.
This Brown Pelican has been visiting the estuary now for several weeks. He has done well with his fishing,and thankfully he must have kept it away from the rest of the flock. Wouldn't want 30 or 40 more of them depleting the food chain for our other visitors.
